Summer Camp 2002

Camp James Ray

June 16 - June 22, 2002

In 2002, Troop 57 attended summer camp at Camp James Ray, a Circle Ten Council camp. During the week there our scouts participated in nearly every activity the camp had to offer.
Not only did our scouts attended merit badge classes... What? Me Worry? Ok, now how do we get in this thing?

We also retired a U.S. Flag at the camp's opening camp fire ceremony.

57 shows 'em how its done! We set the standard for flag ceremonies when we performed the camp morning ceremony...
And we also performed our own camp-site ceremonies each morning and evening. Daily flag ceremony in our camp-site.

Happy Birthday! Happy Birthday! ... celebrated some birthdays...
...and somehow still found time to rest. I'm not sleeping, I'm reading my eyelids.

Troop 57 also earned the Baden Powell Troop Award

We had a good time.
